Beyond Diversity

Editorial illustration created for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a U.S. academic institution focused on contemporary leadership and workplace dynamics. The artwork depicts the idea of moving beyond diversity understood as a simple list of differences: a bust with an open window in the chest welcomes small colored papers, symbolizing ideas, experiences and identities coming from others. The metaphor suggests that inclusion is not addition, but making space, allowing what surrounds us to enter and shape us. Identity and relationship emerge in the movement of reciprocal listening
